नेपालीलाई सास्ति दिएको भन्दै भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई फ्रान्सेलीको पत्र
नेपाललाई माया गर्ने, चिन्ने जान्नेहरुलेपनि अहिले सकेको ठाउँबाट नेपालमाथि भारतीय नाकाबन्दिको बिरोध गरिरहेका छन् । पटक पटक नेपाल गएकि एक फ्रान्सेली महिलाले सामाजिक सञ्जालमा भारतीय नाकाबन्दिको बिरुध गर्दै हस्ताक्षर अभियान चलाएकि छन् । उनले भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्री नरेन्द्र मोदीलाई पत्र पठाएकि छन् । उनको पत्रमा भारतले भर्खरै भूकम्पले तहस नहस पारेर थलिएको देशका नागरिकमाथि भारतले अत्याचार गरेको भन्दै बिरोध गरिएको छ ।
ति महिला हुन् पात्रिसिया आलिबेर्ट । उनी फ्रान्सको ग्रनोब्ल शहरमा बस्छिन् । उनले लेखेको पत्रमा सबै अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सन्धि र कानुनको अबज्ञा गरेर नेपालमाथि नाकाबन्दि गरेको उल्लेख छ । उनले स्पष्ठसित भनेकि छन् ‘नेपालको संविधाननै पास नभैसकेको अवस्थामा त्यसलाई आपत्ती जनाएर नाकाबन्दि गर्नु भनेको शक्तिको दुरुपयोग र नेपालको आन्तरिक मामलामाथिको ठाडो हस्तक्षेप हो ।‘
भूकम्पले थलिएर उठ्न नसकेका बेला भारतले लगाएको नाकाबन्दिले गर्दा नेपालको आर्थिक अवस्था खत्तम भएको र लाखौं मानिस बाँच्नैका लागि याचना गरेको उल्लेख छ । यो आर्थिक नाकाबन्दि हटाउने प्रमुख काम प्रधानमन्त्रीबाट हुनुपर्छ भन्दै उनले मोदीलाई लेखेको पत्रमा संझाएकी छन् । उनले लेखेको पत्र हेर्नुस्
Mr Modi, Prime Minister of India,
For over a month an unofficial blockade is imposed on Nepal by your government, despite all the laws and all treaties International. Your government takes pretext of security . Truck drivers who are not insured because of events consecutive population of the promulgation of the new Constitution Nepal.
This is an obvious interference in domestic politics Nepal and a clear abuse of power.
The result is a catastrophic situation for a country which has not yet recovered from the terrible earthquake of April 25. The economy Nepal today is stopped and millions of people fighting for their survival in appalling conditions. Nepal is driven in a dangerous stalemate with
unpredictable consequences for peace and stability throughout the region South Asian.
Your responsibility is fully engaged as the first Minister of India. This is why I urge you to proceed with the immediate lifting of the blockade on the Nepalese border and leave trade
back freely between your country and Nepal.
